Questions: My device on the app remains “Offline”?
Answer: The newly added device needs 1 minute to connect to the Zigbee HUB. If it remains offline for a long time, please judge the problem by the Zigbee LED status:
Zigbee LED flashes quickly once per second, the device failed to connect to your Zigbee:
(1) Maybe you entered a wrong WiFi password.
(2) The device is too far from your WiFi. Please move it closer.
If still failed, try opening a mobile hotspot and adding again.
Zigbee LED flashes rapidly twice per second: The device has connected to Zigbee but failed to connect to the server. Please check your network connectivity.
